Paris: Business and Culture in France

Travel dates: May 18, 2025 - May 23, 2025

Paris – the City of Lights and the hotbed of the French business world – is the ideal location for this new study abroad program. Thanks to a new relationship with IESEG, a prestigious French business school with a campus located in the La Defense section of western Paris, this program will offer a week of business and cultural visits embedded in a Pamplin core course.

Students will complete Students will complete MGT 3404 Principles of Management, during the regular spring semester. Just before the conclusion of the semester, students will depart for Paris, where their professor will be awaiting their arrival. Company visits will cover a range of French companies of different sizes, and group visits will be made to some of the main cultural icons of the city.

The office of international programs at IESEG, a prestigious French business school, will arrange housing at one of the apartment buildings regularly utilized for their summer programs.

Students who are registered for full-time coursework in the spring semester will not pay extra for the cost of the additional study abroad credit! It will already be included in their full-time spring tuition.
