Panama : Global Logistics and Infrastructure in Panama

Travel dates: March 2, 2024 - March 9, 2024

This 3 credit study abroad course will focus on Panama’s work to become an international logistics hub. Cover mathematical modeling of transportation and telecommunications optimization prior to travel, and see those concepts in action when visiting professional logistics firms. Expand your network to international professionals and guest lecturers

This course will be under consideration as an in-major elective for BIT and ISE students. Contact the instructor for updates on the approval process.

This course has a linear programming prerequisite. Additionally, this course has a significant classroom portion that begins the first week of the semester. Students must be available Wednesday evenings.
