International Business Greece

Date: May 14-May 22

International Business Greece is a study abroad program traveling at May break. The Greece study abroad program will focus on providing students with an understanding of the international business climate, as a complement to the Introduction to International Business course they will complete during the spring semester. The group will visit a cross-section of different types of companies in the country, to apply the concepts learned in class about international business. In addition, the program will incorporate cultural visits to sites important to the region to better understand the country and culture. University and alumni visits are incorporated wherever possible. The program will help students gain cultural and international competences so that they feel more confident in an international setting and give students an understanding and appreciation of cultural differences and how other societies operate.

1-credit for HTM/MGT 3954, which can count toward International Business Minor requirements if combined with HTM/MGT 2314.
