CIMBA Italy
“The CIMBA Italy semester program is a 12-week immersive experience centered around academic and personal growth and exploration. You’ll complete between 12 and 18 credit hours in small, personalized classroom setting. The CIMBA Italy study abroad program offers a dynamic mix of core and elective business courses, all accredited by the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business.”
“Outside of the classroom, you’ll be immersed in the daily life of an Italian village. Walk down the road to grab gelato or espresso. Stop by the corner shop for a snack and chat with the local owner. Hop on a local bus to nearby Asolo or Bassano del Grappa. The opportunities are endless! CIMBA's semester program also provides ample time for independent travel to further destinations through several long weekends and a 9-day spring or fall break. Explore picturesque Pieve del Grappa, the rest of Italy, and beyond! For travel inspiration from current students, check out our Instagram!” -CIMBA
Students wanting to participate in the in the CIMBA program are limited to 12-15 credits.

CIMBA provides on-campus housing to participants of the program. Both singles and doubles are available depending on availability. Rooms include 1 or 2 single beds, desk, bathroom, etc. Linens and blankets are provided and replenished every Tuesday and Friday when the cleaning staff comes to clean your room.
Laundry facilities are available on campus, and laundry tokens are distributed to students so machines can be used at no cost.
For all study abroad programs, it is important to ensure that your passport is valid for at least 3 months past the end date of your program.
A fantastic benefit of the CIMBA semester program is that the length of the program falls below the threshold in which a student visa would be necessary. For students holding a U.S. passport, no visa is required for this program. Students holding passports from other countries will need to check their own embassy guidelines for Italian travel.
For students wanting to participate in this program, all payments will be processed directly by CIMBA.
